Okay, finally getting everything uploaded for Otakon.

Sorry for the delay, but I had to take a day or two off for my health.

But this sword was hard to get started on. I am just going to admit that now. We had to spend a lot of time brainstorming and figuring out how each piece would fit together.

It worked best thinking of it as a puzzle ^_^ Because before any us here got into commissioning or swordmaking, we made puzzles for craft shows.

Anyway, once we figured all the pieces out, it wasn't that hard to make after all. We pegged everything beyond the blade for stability.

We wanted to make it as light as possible and give it that handcarved look.

I ended up spray painting it instead of brushing all the paint on, as I didn't think that it would give me the look I was hoping for.

this is amazing, beyond a doubt!

If I asked you,"Would you be up for making another one if I was willing to buy." Would you? I'm trying to bring Skies of Arcadia back to cosplayers and I'm making a cosplay for my friend to be Ramirez, but I'm not to sure how to craft the sword.

If not, any advice?
